About coffee for events
What does coffee for an event cost?
Renting a fully automatic machine without staff starts at SEK 2,000, with a barista from SEK 4,000. A fully staffed coffee bar is priced on request based on guest count, duration and drinks menu. Send an enquiry and you will have an exact price within an hour on weekdays.
How many guests can one machine serve?
A fully automatic machine makes roughly 80–150 cups per hour depending on the drink. For larger crowds we set up several machines or add filter coffee in thermoses. We size the setup to your guest count and break schedule.
What do we need on site?
A standard power outlet (230 V) per machine and ideally access to water nearby. No water? We bring a tank. We handle everything else: cups, lids, sugar, milk and waste.
Do you deliver outside Stockholm?
Yes. We are based in Stockholm but travel to events across Sweden: exhibition halls, conference venues and companies anywhere in the country. State the location in your enquiry and transport is included in the quote.
How far in advance should we book?
Ideally two weeks before the event, but do get in touch at short notice too, we can usually make it work.
